Everything that comes into contact with liquids leaves behind that Biofilm, and it is precisely this Biofilm that forms the adhesion base for growth, limescale, bacteria, which in turn cause blockages, narrowing of pipe diameters, pipe installation breaks, corrosion, stuck valves, and I could go on. It always comes down to the same thing: we can also greatly reduce maintenance costs here, and the production process can guarantee its continuity.

With every approach to the installation, NDV will carry out a thorough study and analysis, because each project now has individual characteristics, and we have to respond to that with our High-Frequency Ultrasonic devices.
We go very far in this; for many applications, we have a Transducer ready in which we can determine the frequency for the treated project, but... if it is not available, we go back to the drawing board to develop it anyway. This is how our wide range of High-Frequency Ultrasonic also originated.
